If a cancellation is made outside the specified cancellation period or if the customer fails to notify us about the cancellation, cancellation fees may be applicable. The amount of the cancellation fee will depend on the service or product booked and will be communicated to the customer at the time of cancellation.
- Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed in accordance with the following guidelines: a. If a cancellation is made within the 5-Days , a full refund will be issued to the customer using the original method of payment within next 7-Working days. b. If a cancellation is made outside the specified cancellation period or if the customer fails to notify us about the cancellation, the refund amount may be subject to deduction of applicable cancellation fees.
