- Monthly Subscriptions: We offer a 7-day trial period for all new monthly subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the trial period, you may request a full refund.
- Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if you encounter any technical issues that prevent you from accessing the classes or if you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact our customer support for assistance. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
- Digital Products and Downloads:
- Once a digital product or download is purchased, it is non-refundable.
- In the event of a technical issue or if you encounter any difficulties accessing or downloading the digital product, please contact our customer support, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
- Live Classes and Workshops:
- For live classes and workshops, refunds will be provided if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Please note that a processing fee may apply.
- If a live class or workshop is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability or technical difficulties, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the session.
- Merchandise and Physical Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the product.
